For proper maintenance it's recommend no less than every 2 - 8 weeks. We also offer "Mini Strips" available within 4 weeks of last full hand strip.
How Big Is My Dog?
We price dogs based on a combination of their weight and height, so if you'd like to know how much your pups groom will be it's good to have an accurate idea of their size.
For height, we measure dogs at the shoulder. To do this use a measuring tape and measure from the floor just behind the front leg to the top of their back. Make sure they're standing up straight while you do this.
For weight, just like us you weigh them on a scale. For little dogs an easy trick to weighing them at home is to first weigh yourself and then weigh yourself holding them. If you subtract the difference that's their weight. Large dogs are a little trickier, most vets have an animal scale that they'll let you use if you bring your dog in. Your vet will also have a record of your dogs weight at their last appointment, so unless there has been some drastic changes that will be pretty accurate.
